The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Rosebank re launched to guests and visitors on 17 November 2010. Included in the upgrade was a new gym facility fitted entirely with top of the range Life Fitness Gym equipment complimented by good lighting and international quality flooring. The exclusive state of the art gym facility provides a range of cardio as well as strength equipment and accessories, allowing for a well rounded workout in the facility.
Guests are able to plug in their mp3 players or watch tv and select various training programs from the cardio equipment consoles. Custom programs can also be created to meet specific exercise requirements. The interactive screen provides feedback enabling the person exercising to see where they are in relation to their training objectives.
A strength area includes a multi gym, free weights, adjustable bench, rack and Dual Adjustable Pulley. Stretch mats and various accessories have been made available for toning and stretching exercises. Towels for the client and gym wipes (to wipe down the equipment) are also available.There is more than enough equipment and space in the gym facility to accommodate several guests at the same time.
The Life Fitness Gym Equipment compliments the gym facility reflecting the aesthetic standards of the Hyatt Regency Hotel Group. Gymnetics is responsible for the servicing and general maintenance of the equipment. Future upgrades will be made as and required.
The workout area is complimented by a Spa providing various therapies to enhance the visitors sense of well being.
